Volt is hiring for a
Temporary Production Technician for a company located in
Hillsboro, OR. **Temporary Role -- 6 month Contract**Third Shift Available**
As a Production Technician you will be:
- Running and monitoring jobs to meet daily production goals.
- Following documented procedures such as Process Alerts and Manufacturing Instructions when testing and handling materials.
- Complying with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policies and safety practices.
- Using basic tools like Excel and web-based platforms to track job status, prioritize tasks, and enter data.
- Supporting routine inventory counts.
- Reporting failed components by initiating non-conforming material reports.
- Performing quality checks and providing feedback to other technicians.
- Troubleshooting basic problems in your assigned area.
This is a Full timem Temporary role (6 month contract) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3pm–11:30pm
Pay: $20/hr DOE Qualified Candidates will have :
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good judgment for solving low-complexity problems.
- Highschool diploma and ITAR compliance
- Technical proficiency and comfort with digital tools.
