Required Skills

• Current and valid RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration, including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
• Ability to float between multiple locations with short notice, demonstrating adaptability and professionalism
• Strong knowledge of arterial line placements and regional anesthesia techniques
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Clean background with no license actions or restrictions

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working within supervised CRNA models (4:1 ratio)
• Familiarity with rapid case turnover in neuro and outpatient settings
• Prior experience with shift flexibility including evening and weekend hours

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent anesthesia practice in similar clinical settings
• Active Michigan RN and CRNA licenses at the time of application

Other Requirements

• Ability to float between Novi and Southfield locations, with flexibility for shifts including 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Independent provider responsible for own arterial line placements
• No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, radiology, and select pediatric cases
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 days
• Reimbursement options include mileage-only or all-inclusive rates at $167.50/hour
• Must have a clean background and active license prior to assignment
