This role blends creative support with organizational and administrative responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Assist with podcast episode production, including organizing and scheduling recordingsConduct preliminary research for episode topics and support script or outline developmentWrite original scripts for creative, fictional, or narrative-driven podcast episodes.Handle production-related administrative tasks, including file management and coordinationCollaborate with producers and editors throughout the production lifecycleContribute ideas and feedback to the Executive Producer and Marketing team to help improve content quality and audience reachWhat Makes a Great FitStrong interest in media, podcasting, and audio productionHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceClear communicator and collaborative team playerExperience with creative writing and storytelling, and are excited by the idea of developing narrative or fictional scripts for podcast episodes.Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a production environmentComfortable balancing creative thinking with logistical executionBasic familiarity with audio editing software is a plus, but not requiredCompensation: $25 30/hourThe referenced salary range is based on the Companys good faith belief at the time of posting.
