Service Contract Growth Director (Finance)
As a Service Contract Growth Director at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing targeted strategies that directly improve our Service Bank growth.
This will involve a multi-prong approach: (a) creating pathways for net new Contract growth, and (b) minimizing Cancellations and Deducts to an acceptable rate.
You will develop a structured Project-to-Service conversion model to enhance our ability to secure new Service Contracts through our greenfield project channel. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will generate innovative ideas to drive Contract acquisition and standardize approaches to reduce cancellations and deducts.
Your leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills will be vital in delivering successful outcomes. You will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and work from our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid schedule.
This role impacts strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
You will ensure the successful execution and enhancement of programs, contributing to Honeywell's overall success and competitiveness. As a Director of Program Management, you will manage a team of program managers and oversee program execution.
