Salary: $45,000

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of light industrial and clerical roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temp-to-hire positions
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within ATS systems
• Coordinate onboarding and communicate regularly with hiring manager

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in temp-to-hire or staffing agency recruitment (required)
• Comfortable working onsite, in-office full-time
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional communication skills
