Overview Retirement Plan Administrator role at HUB International - Glen Allen (Formerly Millennium Advisory Services, Inc.). What you will do Provide exceptional customer service and foster client relationships, instilling trust and delivering solutions for clients. Coordinate processes for benefit calculations and determinations, reconcile plan data and assets, and assist with government filings and plan documents. Respond promptly to client and participant requests and provide administration outsourcing for clients. Initiate new ideas for completing work accurately and efficiently. Request data and asset information as needed and reconcile data and assets to ensure accuracy. Manage client requests and conduct other administration outsourcing. Prepare benefit calculations/determinations, distribution forms, related correspondence, participant listings, benefit statements, and annual government forms. Draft summary plan descriptions and assist with plan documents. Develop software solutions using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Maintain detailed and orderly records and client files (hard copy and electronic) and document work procedures and communications. Maintain regular attendance with the ability to work overtime as needed and ensure plan deadlines are monitored and met. Perform other related duties as requested by clients or plan managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics or equivalent preferred At least two years of pension plan administrative experience preferred An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted Good written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to analyze complex data and pay close attention to detail Ability to work well within a team environment while taking initiative to serve clients and co-workers Ability to prioritize multiple projects Our differentiators Vision: To be everywhere risk exists – today and tomorrow.
