What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and maintain accurate eligibility records and information for student-athletes
• Evaluate and articulate transfer credits for incoming and continuing student-athletes
• Develop and implement training programs regarding NCAA eligibility and compliance
• Coordinate priority registration and class scheduling for student-athletes
• Track and report on academic progress rates and compliance metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Masters Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze student-athlete degree programs using degree audit reports
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information according to FERPA guidelines
• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to operate Windows-based PC using Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced knowledge of Penn States university and curriculum
• Experience working directly with student-athletes or within a collegiate athletic department
• Familiarity with software such as LSDBi, PeopleSoft, or ARMS
