We are seeking a talented high-volume light industrial Recruiter to join our amazing team and help us with a large seasonal staffing project!

You will perform a high volume amount of activities from recruiting new hires to communications with existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Remotely source, screen, recruit, and interview potential employees for high volume light industrial positions
• Help obtain on-boarding and quality check new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies in everything that you do
• Provide clients and management requested reports and information
• Ensure activities are focused on employee engagement
• Accurately maintain employee information on large Excel spreadsheet

Qualifications: ​

• Ability to build rapport with all candidates
• Bilingual Spanish would be wonderful
• Can-do attitude that positively affects all candidates, colleagues and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience preferred in light industrial staffing
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws or ability to learn and implement
