Entry Level Events Assistant

We are looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about organizing successful events and have a positive, can-do attitude. Salary Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly Location: San Antonio, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events
• Support senior event planners in logistics and execution
• Help manage vendor relationships and communications
• Assist with event setup, including decor and equipment arrangement
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
• Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event evaluations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in event management is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A passion for events and a willingness to learn
