Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Leadership: Provide effective guidance to the event staff during both Open Play and Private Parties.
• Event Coordination: Take charge of meticulously planning and executing the set-up and clean-up of private events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
• Timely Execution: Ensure precise timing and execution of party activities, while also managing the swift closure of events to facilitate the timely set-up of subsequent engagements.
• Customer Relations: Manage multiple food orders for parties and adeptly handle payments from parents hosting birthday celebrations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Financial Oversight: Process staff payments in an accurate and timely manner on a weekly basis.
• Supply Chain Management: Monitor and track party supplies, including but not limited to cups, napkins, and tablecloths, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event management or related roles.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Financial acumen for payment processing and budgetary considerations.
• Additional Requirement:
• Proficiency in both English and Russian is essential.
