Naturally Vain Marketing department partners with some of Canada’s most impactful charities to raise awareness and drive donations through in-store fundraising campaigns. We connect passionate people with great causes—right where the public is already shopping.

Position Overview
We’re hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent our nonprofit partners at retail kiosks. This is a customer-facing role combining  marketing, sales, and public engagement . You’ll promote charitable campaigns, engage shoppers in meaningful conversations, and offer complimentary gifts sponsored by corporate partners as a thank-you for their support.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in busy retail settings to raise awareness for our charity partners.
• Use strong communication skills to share compelling stories and inspire donations.
• Distribute promotional gifts to donors and explain sponsor partnerships.
• Create positive, high-energy interactions with the public.
• Represent both our agency and the nonprofit organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You’ll Bring

• A friendly, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal or sales/customer service skills (retail, fundraising, hospitality, etc.).
• Passion for social impact, community outreach, or nonprofit work.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail or event setting.

What We Offer

• Hourly Base Pay : $18/hr guaranteed plus  uncapped commission . Most reps earn $30/hr or more.
• Flexible Scheduling : Choose between morning or afternoon shifts (9 AM–3:30 PM or 3:30 PM–8:30 PM).
