We are seeking
3rd Shift Welding Machine Operators to join our team at Wesanco!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 3rd 11:00pm-7:30am Job Summary: Job Responsibilities: \n - Operates welding machine in order to join metal spans in metal fabrication process
\n - May set up and operate machines such as drill presses, punch presses, saws, shears, bending rolls, brakes, grinders, and numerical control equipment to shape and alter metal according to specifications.
\n - Follows blueprints, customer specifications, rough sketches, or engineer drawings to shape mend, weld metal accurately.
\n - Uses hand and power tools to shape, cut, and smooth metal and to blend seams.
\n - May set up and operate soldering and welding equipment.

Requirements: \n - Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
\n - Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
\n - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n - Excellent time management skills.
\n - Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
\n - Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
\n - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period
\n

Education and Experience: \n - High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
\n - Hi-Lo Certification preferred must be trained and certified on the hilo.
\n - (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
\n - Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
\n - Must have reliable transportation.
\n
