Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to validate design concepts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs. Create pixel-perfect UI designs with a focus on usability and accessibility. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design. Must-Have Skills & Tools 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred). Strong knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie, Framer). Proficiency in user research, personas, and usability testing. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, basic JS is a plus). Experience with motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle).
