Key Responsibilities: - Open bags quickly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain precision to prevent damage to raw materials and ensure all fluids are properly drained.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and operate machinery safely.
- Report hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately and participate in safety trainings and drills.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols.
- Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using available resources and company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
- Communicate progress and relevant information clearly and timely.
- Actively identify and suggest opportunities for improvement, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn from change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.30 - $23.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
