\nDosimetrist - Dosimetrist
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Provide care to patients ages adolescent through geriatric receiving radiation therapy treatments
\n• Work with physical and geometric characteristics of radiation equipment and radioactive sources
\n• Measure and generate radiation dose distributions and calculations under direction of Oncologist and/or Medical Physicist
\n• Daily census of 30-40 patients
\n• Treat all disease sites including liver, brain, lung, breast, prostate, bone, and head/neck
\n• Perform special procedures including SRS, SBRT, and HDR
\n• Work with 2 linear accelerators and 1 CT simulator
\n• Required certification: CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist)
\n• 2 years of experience required for submission
\n• Epic charting experience preferred
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
\n• Valid state license required at time of submission
\n• All certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal
\n• Complete orientation modules averaging 1-5 hours through e-learning
\n• 50 miles travel requirement with locals accepted at local rate
\n• Only one holiday will be approved for time off requests
