Technical Accounting Manager | Global Infrastructure & Real Estate
A leading global infrastructure and real estate organization is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join its high-performing corporate finance team. This is a key role responsible for supporting complex accounting matters, driving technical policy, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards in a fast-paced, public company environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEC reporting, FP&A, legal, and operational finance teams.
Research and interpret U.S. GAAP guidance to support technical accounting positions.
Prepare and review technical accounting memos on complex transactions, including leases, revenue, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and internal controls.
Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders during quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
Monitor emerging accounting developments and advise leadership on potential impact.
Support internal training on accounting policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
6+ years of progressive experience, including public accounting and/or a technical accounting role in a public company.
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, with hands-on experience preparing technical memos and addressing complex accounting issues.
Experience in a global or multi-entity environment is preferred.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-accounting stakeholders.
