Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who has RF experience.

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

• A minimum of three (3) years engineering experience
• Within the last five (5) years:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in three (3) of the specializations listed in Table C (Appendix C). A BS degree in engineering, telecommunications, or related technical field may be substituted for experience in one specialization.
  • A minimum of three (3) years Integrated Circuit Board design and development experience (see table D Appendix C)
  • Within the last 3 years, iii. (U) A minimum of two (2) years development, integration, testing, and/or installation experience to include generating system/component specifications, recommending solutions, and preparing and
    conducting test plans (stand-alone, DT&E and OAT&E).
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience with the functionality and inter-processing of packet- and circuit-based HW & SW solutions to include configuring, changing, and optimizing solutions.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems. This experience should also include definition of
    requirements and allocation of functions, conduction of systems requirements reviews, development of Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and interfacing standards, definition of architecture, technical/non-technical assessments, and end-to-end
    flow analysis.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience solving varied technical/scientific problems; and generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness in light of objectives, budget, and schedule

• Familiar with RF system design
• Software development experience for applications that reside on-board RF systems

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
