About the Role \n

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to join HelloFresh’s Global AI team, with a focus on advertising technology. Our mission is to optimize our marketing spend by tailoring our campaigns to the individual preferences and behaviors of our prospects. You'll be working with multiple cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers and data scientists to build innovative data products in an agile, collaborative environment.

\n What You’ll Do \n

\n
• Develop and implement vision and strategy for global ad tech and ML/AI data products
\n
• Research and document new opportunities and capabilities, build POCs and conduct MVP experiments
\n
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to establish and drive an automation and optimization roadmap,
  working towards fully automated ad steering with ML/AI
\n
• Define clear OKRs and KPIs with your teams and track progress against them regularly
\n
• Stay informed about industry trends to innovate and meet company needs
\n
• Mentor and collaborate with other product managers in the company
\n
• Influence the overall direction of the company’s ad tech strategy

\n What You’ll Bring \n

\n
• Extensive hands-on product management experience in teams with engineers and data scientists
\n
• Proven track record shipping end-to-end data and machine learning products, ideally for advertising use cases
\n
• Ability to effectively collaborate with peers in science, engineering, and commercial roles to discover and deliver valuable solutions
\n
• Familiarity with different machine learning models and paradigms, including Generative AI
\n
• A fail-fast-and-learn mentality and experience in building POCs and MVPs, linked to generating business value
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve goals
