Key Responsibilities:

Project Architect:

• Scope: Manage small to large-scale projects, guiding teams through the design and construction phases.
• Collaboration: Foster a diverse, collaborative culture, inspire confidence, and maintain client trust.
• Leadership: Lead project design and technical submissions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee design and construction processes, maintain project schedules, and control budgets.
• Expertise: Monitor adherence to building code regulations and sustainability standards like LEED.

Credentials & Experience:

Project Architect:

• Experience: 5-8 years in design and construction
• Education: Master's degree in Architecture; NCARB certification required.
• Preferred Skills: BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Smartsheet
