Key Responsibilities + Prepare, review, and distribute accurate client invoices in a timely manner. + Verify billing data to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and client contracts. + Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, sales, and operations) to resolve billing discrepancies swiftly and efficiently. + Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances as needed. + Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation for audits and reporting. + Respond professionally to client inquiries about billing or payment concerns while providing exceptional customer service. + Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks as needed, including reconciling billing accounts. + Identify and suggest opportunities for improving billing processes and streamlining workflows. Requirements + 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative role. + High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus. + Strong knowledge of billing and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). + Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients. + Initiative to identify and resolve billing issues, with a customer-focused mindset.
