Shift Manager - McDonald's of Petoskey - North Starting at $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Requirements Plan each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals. As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
