We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Revenue Accountant to join our team in Oakland, California or LA. In this role, you will take ownership of critical accounting functions and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly sales allowance accruals, reconciliations, and related journal entries.
• Collaborate with Sales to estimate retailer-specific monthly allowances (e.g., markdowns).
• Conduct quarterly lag and rate analyses for the general reserve.
• Review new customer contracts.
• Provide monthly sales allowance reports to Sales teams.
• Review monthly allowances and deductions with Sales teams.
• Drive process improvements in daily operations.
• Ensure internal controls for sales allowances comply with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and company policies.
• Assist auditors with required documentation for quarterly and year-end audits.
• Support other month-end close activities as needed.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

3–5 years accounting experience, including audit at a global or national firm.

CPA required; public company and CPG experience preferred.

Solid knowledge of financial accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition (focus on customer consideration).

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with senior management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
