• Proven business model for full-time and temporary staffing.
• Turnkey platform powered with a comprehensive Employer of Record back office.
• Own the data you monetize for life and earn over and over.
• Earn 80% of the staffing revenue you produce.
• Earn up to 10% of the staffing revenue your network produces
• Earn up to 50% of the ancillary revenue your network produces.
• Sell or transfer your platform to someone else in the future.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of staffing industry, business development, or sales experience preferred.
• Experience providing full-service specialized staffing solutions in your area is ideal.
• Demonstrated ability to reach senior level executives with target customers (C-suite, VP, etc.).
• Tech-savvy individual with a strong social media presence including LinkedIn, Instagram, and job boards Indeed, Monster, Dice, etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Introduce the services in your area via telephone, video and in-person meetings.
• Present the features and benefits of the platform to C-suite, VP and hiring teams.
• Bring in new jobs to fill.
• Work with matched candidates and clients, setting up interviews, negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
• Provide feedback and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Train hiring teams on how to use the platform.
• Grow new business opportunities across your geographical area and staffing specialty while expanding the current client base.
• Grow network and income on entire platform.

Compensation:
