Job Description We are seeking a skilled lead Data Ops Engineer with expertise in Data Ops or Data Engineering, SQL, system automation, and Python. Responsibilities include designing data architecture, implementing automation, and leading the Data & Analytics team. Enjoy remote work with options to engage at our Deerfield office. This role offers career growth and leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Manage Snowflake administration: tasks, shares, integrations, ingestion, actions, RBAC, optimizations, FinOps. Use Git for version control and collaboration. Design scalable, reliable, and secure data architecture. Build and integrate ELT and ETL workflows. Support legacy pipelines (Oracle, SQLServer, others). Establish observability tools for deployment, data integrity, and system health. Technical Leadership Identify modernization opportunities, improve quality, reduce technical debt. Review team work, code, and architecture. Lead technical discussions, decision-making, and documentation. Qualifications 5+ years in Data Ops or Data Engineering. Experience with complex SQL, Snowflake, and legacy systems. Proficient in Git, Python, and data pipeline development. Bonus: SnowPro Certification. Leadership Skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to decompose technical challenges and produce pragmatic solutions.
