We’re hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our dynamic event marketing team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience supporting live, interactive campaigns that connect well-known brands with their communities through in-person events and outreach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing public relations and event marketing campaigns

  • Manage on-site event logistics to ensure seamless live experiences

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and client teams to integrate PR strategies into branded activations

  • Engage event attendees by delivering key messages with confidence and enthusiasm

  • Develop and organize promotional materials, signage, and event visuals

  • Track event attendance, performance metrics, and inventory; prepare detailed reports

  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors, retail partners, and venue staff

  • Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions to improve campaign impact

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing audience engagement and campaign effectiveness

Who You Are:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a flair for engaging diverse audiences

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to multitask in fast-moving settings

  • Creative problem solver passionate about brand storytelling and event marketing

  • Previous experience in PR, marketing, events, or customer service is a plus but not required
