Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams effectively to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution to completion.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects of construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
