Description The Project Manager - Light Industrial/ Commercial - Greenville will be responsible for: Analyze plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure project alignment. Submit RFIs to address field issues and resolve plan discrepancies. Manage the processing, review, and tracking of submittals. Evaluate design and shop drawings for potential impacts on cost and schedule. Draft detailed scope of work letters for subcontractors. Initiate change orders for the Owner and solicit bids from subcontractors. Develop estimates and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for client review. Maintain and update procurement, submittal, and RFI logs. Assist with schedule development and monitor daily production progress. Facilitate communication between design and construction teams. Lead and mentor project management staff, fostering growth and collaboration.
