Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager with experience in demolition, underground utilities, and Job Order Contracting (JOC)? If so, we'd love to connect!

While JOC experience is valuable, this role will focus more heavily on managing demolition projects that may include underground utility work, light civil scopes, and structural demolition. We're looking for someone who can lead complex field operations and keep projects moving efficiently and safely.

Position Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all phases of demolition and related civil projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to managing timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demolition and civil projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project goals and schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and monitor performance.
• Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all permits and approvals are secured before project launch.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in demolition, utilities, or civil construction.
• Familiarity with underground utility work and structural demolition.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a plus, but not the primary focus.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
