Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business goals? Andiamo is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Product Owner for an amazing client in the Atlanta area. In this role, you’ll act as the connective tissue between sales teams, technical teams, and leadership. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence digital transformation initiatives across Sales and Marketing functions.

This role is 3x a week onsite in an Atlanta office.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing modules.
• Define and refine user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, agile delivery teams, and subject matter experts to maximize product value.
• Lead product demos and communicate updates to leadership and business partners.
• Define and influence test strategies and quality standards for your product areas.
• Measure feature success and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a forward-looking CRM roadmap, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process excellence.
• Stay up to date on trends and advancements in CRM and marketing automation technologies.

Who you are:

• 4–8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership or a related role.
• Skilled at facilitating discussions, leading cross-functional teams, and presenting to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of CRM processes and marketing automation strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus points for experience with Power Platform , Power Automate , or Power BI .

Consistently works to meet daily objectives that significantly impact their area of responsibility. Contributes to goal setting, budgeting, and operational planning within the team or department. Manages large projects or processes that moderately affect the achievement of related business results. Performs tasks with limited supervision and typically coaches, reviews, and delegates work to junior team members. Provides actionable input toward new products, processes, or standards that support the execution of operational goals.
