With a focus on Private Duty Nursing, Strive employs Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work one on one with patients of all ages and medical needs. *QUALIFICATIONS*
* *Licensed in the state of Texas or qualifying Compact state as a Registered Nurse *
* Registered Nurse must have reliable transportation; *must be able to reliably commute.*
* Registered Nurse with experience preferred but not required- tube feedings, Trach care, Ventilator management. Hands on training provided for complex diagnosis and equipment management.
* Previous Private Duty Nursing, NICU, PICU experience with exposure to complex, Tracheostomy or Ventilator patients is a plus.
* Registered Nurse must successfully pass state required background screening.
* Registered Nurse must successfully pass drug screening.
* Registered Nurse must have effective communication skills.
* Demonstrates commitment to professional growth.
*SALARY*
* $35-40 per hour
* The ideal nurse is skilled with *g-button care, trach and ventilator management.*
* Pay rates negotiated based on patient assignment.
