Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time
Rate: Negotiable, Based on Experience

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality care at The Gardens at West Shore, one of our valued partner facilities in Camp Hill, PA. In this role, you’ll help residents improve mobility, regain function, and enhance their independence through evidence-based interventions—all while working in a supportive and team-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services in accordance with established clinical protocols and state practice standards

Assist the supervising Physical Therapist with evaluations and treatment plan development

Deliver individualized interventions and track resident progress toward goals

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Need:

Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active PTA license in PA

Commitment to continuing education and clinical growth
