Job Title: Per Diem Phlebotomist

Location: Tujunga, CA (Travel required: 30–75 miles towards East/South San Bernardino County)

Job Description:
LifeLine Clinical Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a dependable and experienced Per Diem Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while collecting blood samples accurately and efficiently. This role requires the ability to travel within a 30–75 mile radius from Tujunga, covering areas including but not limited to zip codes 90732, 92509, 90620, 90003, 92585, 92544, 92408, and 91730 .

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws following standard procedures and safety protocols.
• Travel to various locations within the specified zip codes to collect samples from patients.
• Ensure accurate labeling and handling of specimens.
• Maintain and organize equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent patient care and address patient concerns during procedures.

Requirements:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license in California.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the specified region.
