What You'll Be Doing

Your role transcends treating symptoms; you will be part of restoring routines, reinstating confidence, and reigniting joy in everyday activities. From guiding patients recovering from strokes to helping those with orthopedic concerns regain mobility post-surgery, your skills will shine as you provide patient-centered care that promotes resilience and independence.

This is a workplace that values depth over shortcuts; every patient has a narrative, and each therapy session contributes to their journey towards recovery. You'll collaborate closely with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to develop rehabilitation plans tailored to the distinctive stories of those you serve.

Why You'll Adore the Team - and Your Surroundings

We've cultivated a truly unique atmosphere here. Our rehabilitation team fosters an environment where we uplift each other, share our expertise, and celebrate every success, no matter how small. You will find yourself in a workplace that cherishes your voice, prioritizes your developmental journey, and highlights the visible impact of your contributions each day.

And as for your new backdrop: San Francisco, a city that propels your imagination and rewards inquisitive minds. Forget about ordinary urban landscapes - you'll be surrounded by an iconic skyline, rugged coastal beauty, and picturesque parks where community engagement feels as simple as breathing. The city vibrates with rich cultural influences, with gourmet food trucks serving everything from fresh seafood to artisan vegan options, inviting you to explore an extensive array of culinary delights.

San Francisco is alive with art, music, and innovation, where every neighborhood presents its own story. While it draws a diverse crowd of creatives and professionals, it also offers a pace that beckons you to savor each moment, be it through spontaneous conversations or leisurely strolls along its famous hills.

Who We're Looking For

We seek individuals who regard occupational therapy as more than just a career; it is a vocation. Those who find joy in witnessing a patient regain use of their hands or walk with increasing independence will flourish in our community.

Whether you are an established OTR/L or a promising new graduate, you will thrive if you bring heart, ambition, and compassion to your practice. If the notion of merging exceptional healthcare with an enriching lifestyle captivates you - this is your calling.

Let's Create Something Impactful - Together

This is your invitation to step into a role beyond a mere job title. Here, your efforts will shape futures, facilitate recoveries, and restore the essence of what was lost. You'll find fulfillment in being part of a community celebrated for its perfect harmony of energetic drive and serene balance.

If you are ready to develop, contribute, and immerse yourself in a caring community that values compassion - we cannot wait to meet you.
