Marketing Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional with an understanding of the residential real estate sales and lending market, capable of leading a team to measurable success while ensuring consistent execution of various initiatives suggested by executives.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities throughout Texas (the company has over 2,400 properties currently available) for both the marketing of specific properties as well as loan products.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and grassroots efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales pitches and materials.
• Engage with local communities to build trust and foster relationships.
• Develop innovative campaign ideas to broaden SWE’s reach and capitalize on opportunities.
• Seek out and collaborate with web developers and similar vendors to redesign SWE’s website and the company’s overall web presence.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain and enhance the SWE Homes brand and the brand of its affiliates through consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
• Manage, develop, and grow a 10+ person team ranging across the experience spectrum.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team, including progress on marketing initiatives and any adjustments to strategy.
• Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including those for signage, digital marketing tools, and video production, to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with all relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, expenditures, and performance metrics for internal review and external audits if necessary.
• Ensure adherence to budgets provided by management and accurate tracking of spending across the marketing team.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by executives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred.
• This opportunity is fully in-person to allow for collaboration and mentorship opportunities with the team.
• Must have an understanding of basic accounting and the ability to construct and maintain a department-level ledger.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Canva, and web development skills.
• Proven ability to follow-through on assigned tasks and prioritize outstanding requests.
• Skilled at training and motivation.
• Manage online analytical tools.
• Project-oriented and well-organized with attention to detail.
• Expert collaborator, communicator, and change agent.
• Understands market and industry trends.
• Driven to push marketing efforts to successful closure.
• Must understand web design concepts, graphics and video editing, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience at a real estate or financial services firm is preferred.
