Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the performance of hotel marketing initiatives across multiple properties. This includes website management, CRM and email marketing, social media, SMS campaigns, community partnerships, print and digital media, SEO, paid search strategies, and creative content development. The role will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to align all marketing activities with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
· Manage the effectiveness of all hotel marketing efforts.
· Create and implement marketing plans and annual media calendars.
· Monitor and improve SEO, SEM, metasearch, Google Analytics, and paid search terms.
· Manage media schedules and display advertising.
Digital & Email Marketing
· Oversee email marketing campaigns segmented by market.
· Utilize Opera PMS for guest email management and list segmentation.
· Create eblasts, promotional SMS campaigns, and blog content.
· Analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports.
Print & Event Marketing
· Design on-brand print materials and promotional collateral.
· Support special event marketing with timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
· Partner with Sales, Catering, and F&B for all print and signage needs.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Social Media Management
· Manage presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
· Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
· Produce Instagram Stories/Reels and other short-form content.
· Monitor trends and influencer engagement; coordinate influencer outreach.
· Assist in managing photography and media visits.
Branding & Internal Communication
· Support rebranding efforts for hotels and restaurants.
· Communicate brand strategy internally and with external partners.
· Provide internal employee-facing marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
· Develop promotional opportunities to drive revenue.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel and/or hospitality marketing.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.
· Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
· Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities.
· Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
· Experience with Opera PMS and design software preferred.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive, energetic, and collaborative work style.
