Job Description

Jellum Law, P.A., a banking and financial services law firm serving clients locally, regionally, and nationally, seeks a highly motivated associate attorney. The attorney will be a member of our litigation team focusing on the enforcement of loan documents, bankruptcies, and all aspects of state and federal court litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited law school, admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota, and prior experience working with financial institutions in enforcement of loan documents, collections, and all aspects of civil and commercial litigation in state and federal courts and/or bankruptcy courts. They should have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage a large, multi-faceted, and fast paced workload. They should possess the ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as under the guidance of others. Candidates without such experience, but with strong academic backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
