We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Home Staging Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is versatile and capable of performing a wide range of tasks, including moving, furniture repair, warehouse maintenance, and staging activities. The Home Staging Technician will play a key role in preparing homes for sale by assisting with the setup and removal of furniture, organizing warehouse inventory, and maintaining the condition of all staging materials. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to drive a 17’ box truck are essential to transport furniture and supplies.

Staging Activities:

• Collaborate with the staging team to execute home staging setups, including placing and arranging furniture.
• Work efficiently to complete staging projects within established timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Destaging Activities:

• Safely and efficiently remove all furniture, decor, and accessories after a home sale or staging period.
• Ensure that the home is left in a clean, organized state post-destaging.

Furniture Moving and Setup:

• Transport furniture and accessories to and from various locations in a safe and timely manner using a 17’ box truck.
• Safely load and unload furniture, ensuring all items are well-protected during transport.
• Handle furniture with care during staging and destaging, making sure that it is properly placed and secured.

Furniture Repair and Maintenance:

• Perform repairs and touch-ups on furniture and home decor items, ensuring that all pieces are in top condition before being used in staging.
• Assist with maintaining the overall condition of the furniture and decor inventory by identifying and fixing issues promptly.

Warehouse Maintenance:

• Organize, clean, and maintain the warehouse where furniture and staging items are stored.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all items are properly cataloged and stored in an orderly manner.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management to any shortages or damaged items that need replacement.

Packing and Wrapping:

• Safely wrap, pack, and protect fragile furniture and decor items before transport or storage.
• Utilize proper packing materials, including blankets, bubble wrap, and shrink wrap, to ensure items remain undamaged.

Driving & Transportation:

• Safely operate a 17’ box truck to transport staging materials to and from job sites.
• Ensure that all items are securely loaded and unloaded, and that the truck is properly maintained.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 100 shared pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and arranging furniture and decor.
• Ability to work in different environments and weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Must be comfortable with extended periods of physical activity, including unloading, organizing, and styling.
