Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: New Castle, CO

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 1st shift 7am to 4pm

What's the Job?

• Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts, documenting discrepancies and damages accurately.
• Determine the need for cleaning or oils, and sort forms accordingly.
• Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.
• Use power tools such as grinders to clean forms as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Apply fresh form oil using provided sprayers and stack cleaned/prepped forms for storage or transfer.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
• Use all provided PPE as instructed to ensure safety at all times.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, grinders, and hand tools proficiently.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition, and calculating area (length x width).
• Comfortable with the safe use of water-based form oil and applicators.
