Founding Sales Rep – Remote (U.S.) – High Commission, Fast Pay

Job Type: Commission-Only

Work Location: Remote – On the Road (as needed)

Pay: $55,000 – $120,000+ per year (commission-based, uncapped)

Close just 1 clinic a month = $55K+/year.
Close 2 clinics/month = $110K+/year.
Top closers hit $165K+ — all commission, uncapped, fast pay.

Schedule: Flexible, self-managed

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and reach out to independent clinics across the U.S.
• Schedule 360&degree; Consultations between prospects and our founder
• Conduct high-value discovery conversations with clinic decision-makers
• Manage your own pipeline from first contact to closed deal (with founder support)
• Occasionally meet prospects in person (optional but encouraged for local leads)

Commission per Closed Clinic + Residuals

• Small Clinic (1–2 providers): $1,000 upfront + $300/month residual (12 months cap)

• Medium Clinic (3–5 providers): $1,250 upfront + $300/month residual (12 months cap)

• Large Clinic (6+ providers): $1,500 upfront + $300/month residual (12 months cap)

Extra Incentives

• Fast-Start Bonus: +$500 for every clinic closed in your first 14 days

• Volume Bonus: +$500 when you close 3+ clinics in a month

• Quarterly Accelerator: +$2,000 when you close 10+ clinics in a quarter

• Annual Accelerator: After 12 clinics in a rolling 12 months, new deals pay $1,250 upfront + $350/month residual

• No territory limits — sell anywhere in the U.S.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales success (healthcare sales preferred but not required)
• Comfortable selling $3K–$7K/month services to business owners/executives
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly self-motivated and autonomous
• Hunter mentality — you find and win your own business
