Salary: $25.50 - $31.00/hr DOE

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-first environment? Williams is hiring aFabricatorat our Plumbing Prefabrication Shop in Belgrade, MT. You'll help assemble and prepare piping systems that power our plumbing and construction projects - all while gaining valuable experience and working with a great crew.

Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required. If youre motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, well train you!

What Youll Do:

• Fabrication & Assembly:Read and interpret fabrication spools and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble piping materials using hand and power tools.
• Joining Techniques:Join piping components using soldering, brazing, welding, and fusion methods to ensure strong, reliable connections.
• Quality & Equipment:Inspect finished work for accuracy, operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Safety & Organization:Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and support an efficient, team-oriented shop environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
  
• Technical Skills: Able to read drawings and use fabrication tools and equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong math, measurement accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical & Safety Requirements: Physically fit for demanding tasks; safety-focused at all times.
• Teamwork & Reliability: Works well independently and with a team.

What Williams Offers:
