We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to successful, well-executed events in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events from planning through completion
Support event logistics, schedules, and on-site operations
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution
Prepare materials, timelines, and checklists for events
Monitor event activities to ensure quality standards are met
Provide post-event support, including reporting and feedback collection
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
