What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering successful events. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the planning and execution of live and virtual events.
• Supporting event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination.
• Communicating with clients to gather requirements, share updates, and resolve issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, creative, logistics) to meet client goals.
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
• Managing on-site needs like guest check-in, activity flow, and troubleshooting.
• Collecting post-event feedback and assisting in performance reporting.
• Using data insights to support future event strategy improvements.
