We’re growing and looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Direct Hire Search Team —someone who is passionate about recruitment, relationship-building, and delivering results.

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a strategic role in helping clients hire the best talent while delivering a seamless candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with clients and internal teams to lead intake meetings
• Designing custom hiring strategies to attract top talent
• Publishing job ads on career pages, job boards, and social media
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• Conducting in-person and virtual interviews
• Preparing candidates for client interviews
• Managing the client relationship throughout the hiring process
• Building talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
• Keeping detailed records of applicants, interviews, and evaluations
• Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction

✅ What You Bring

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across entry-level to experienced roles
• 3+ years in a staffing agency setting
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Exceptional organization and time management
