As a Customer Technology Advisor at Best Buy, you engage with customers to provide personalized technology product recommendations and perform product demonstrations. You handle cashier duties, assist with in-store and curbside pickups, and maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for technology and retail sales.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visits our stores. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and services to meet each person’s unique needs.
