We are an established Pennsylvania craft brewery seeking a motivated, experienced sales representative for beer sales in the Western, PA County and surrounding region. Must be capable of working independently without direct supervision. College education preferred but not required depending on experience. We are seeking someone who is as passionate about our product as we are, and who will be self-motivated to actively promote it. We pride ourselves on both the diversity and the quality of the product offered and are seeking an individual who shares our passion for our products, our community and commitment to customer service to join our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will cultivate and grow existing and new retail account relationships to maximize the sales of Hop Farm Brewing products through effective planning, selling execution and communication resulting in the achievement of sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls for assigned sales route. Solicit new business to increase revenue and distribution within route territory. Effective follow-up with existing and new customer base.

· Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation and customer service.

· Educate account staff on products.

· Communicate and follow through on issues deemed important to management, our customers and suppliers. Ensure all required documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

· Develop and grow your brand, market and industry knowledge to more effectively promote sales.

· Report on issues related to the competitive market and offer constructive suggestions.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License

· Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Proficient PC, iPad and MS Office skills

· Must be a detail and results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships between customers and the business. Must be a "people person"!!

· At least 2 years account selling experience, industry experience preferred

· Passionate about the craft beer industry and skilled at forming relationships

Physical Demands of the job:

· Carrying and lifting 35 LBS, (can cases), and occasionally 1/2 bbl kegs

· Standing and walking for periods of time to perform various duties
