Overview Business Analyst Lead (Remote) Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst Lead to conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the telecommunications industry. What you need to have to be considered Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the telecommunications industry. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, including competitor analysis and benchmarking. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding business development, expansion, and investment opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, such as product launches, market entry strategies, and pricing strategies. Perform financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes and evaluate the financial viability of potential projects or investments. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. What will help you stand out Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in financial analysis, including the ability to create financial models and conduct financial forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a demonstrated track record of providing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including knowledge of current trends, technologies, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in industry-specific tools and software, such as market research databases, financial analysis tools, and data visualization software. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field with 2-3 years of experience in strategic analysis, business development, or a related role within the telecommunications industry. Why Choose Cognizant? Salary & Benefits Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000.00 - $103,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Bonus/Incentives: This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
