Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Manager to lead and oversee billing operations in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will manage a team of billing specialists, ensuring accurate and compliant client invoicing while maintaining high standards of organization and customer service. Responsibilities: + Lead, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 Billing Specialists + Oversee processing of legal invoices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance + Model professionalism, strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork + Manage and balance team workloads while offering regular performance feedback + Assist the Operations Manager in conducting performance evaluations Requirements + College degree preferred but not required + Over 5 years of law firm billing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role + Skilled in using electronic billing systems + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure + Preferred experience with the ProLaw billing system + Strong technical skills and knowledge of legal billing procedures + Excellent organizational and communication skills Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
