We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team-oriented are a must. We are a premier fondue restaurant located in Schaumburg & Downers Grove. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 9 pm every day except Friday and Saturday, which is 10 pm. We are looking for both full and part-time. The Melting Pot in Schaumburg & Downers Grove is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or school.


Bartender - learn a new set of skills as a professional bartender making classic cocktails and exceptional beverages. Minimal bartender experience required. Our PPA is over $60, which means strong earning potential We specialize in celebrations, date night, anniversaries, promotions, birthdays, special events, etc. Dining at the Melting Pot is a celebration! Be ready to deliver service that is genuinely part of a special occasion. Training on the job will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote and maintain positive guest relations.
• Adhere to and maintain company policies and standards.
• Suggestively sell wine and Signature drinks.
• Establish professional, hospitable rapport with each guest you serve.
• Comply with local alcoholic beverage laws.
• Comply with appearance and grooming standards.
• Be aware of the cost of supplies and proper handling procedures.
• Always exceed guests expectations, making their evening extra special.
• Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
• Always perform as a team member.
• Attend and participate in on-going training sessions. Read shift notes and attend shift meetings.
