At Premier Rustproofing and Rust Repair , we specialize in automotive frame and rust prevention . We are looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician with skills in panel replacement , MIG welding , and structural restoration to join our growing team in Bow, NH.

This role is essential to our mission: delivering high-quality body repairs and long-lasting refinishing services

Responsibilities

• Perform panel replacement and repairs on rust-damaged parts including rocker panels , quarter panels , doors, bumpers, and vehicle frames.
• Apply body filler , sand, and prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing .
• Use hand and power tools to restore panels and frames to OEM specifications .
• Collaborate with the MIG welding team on extensive rust repairs.
• Ensure proper alignment and fitment of repaired or replaced components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures , repair orders, and manufacturer guidelines.

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in auto body repair .
• Strong understanding of body filler application , sanding, and surface prep.
• Familiarity with panel replacement and body alignment techniques.
• Experience working with sheet metal and making precise adjustments.
• Ability to prep surfaces and apply refinishing products.
• Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship .
• Physically able to lift, bend, and handle auto parts as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
