Job Description Title: Associate Creative Director Are you passionate about design, color, and creativity? We are looking for an Associate Creative Director who can deliver brilliant visuals and handle multiple projects seamlessly. Join our dynamic team at a full-service marketing agency where collaboration and innovative thinking drive everything we do. Location: Greater St. Louis area (5 days in office) Salary: $95-100k What You’ll Do Develop original concepts and designs that showcase your unique style and creativity. Apply advanced skills in art direction, including color theory, typography, and composition. Adapt your design approach to suit a variety of brands—whether corporate or playful. Create visual content for a wide range of media: social, digital, video, packaging, point of purchase, and more. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, fellow ACDs, and Copywriters to bring ideas to life. Manage projects from concept through completion—on time, on budget, and always polished. Keep up with industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and push creative boundaries. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a related field. 5+ years of experience in an ad agency or design environment. Expert-level proficiency with Mac computers and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Illustrator, XD). A diverse portfolio highlighting your design versatility—showcasing work in design, color, photography, logos, and typography. A proactive attitude—ready to take on any challenge with enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
